Skipper Jacks Restaurant in Moncton is looking to expand its parking lot into an adjacent green space. Moncton city council members are worried about the project’s impact on the Rabbit Brook Trail, which runs through the property.
It’s part of a broader project to redevelop Fundy Quay and renew some of the public space in that area of uptown Saint John.
