With Propel ICT’s Demo Day happening today, September 22, we’ve been chatting with all of the New Brunswick companies who will be pitching this year at the Capitol Theatre in Moncton.
For our last profile, we speak with Dan Pike of Fredericton’s Liv9.
What’s Liv9’s “elevator pitch”?
We are pharmacists creating solutions for pharmacists. Liv9 supplies turnkey, cloud-based patient engagement and management software to the retail pharmacy marketplace.
We have a combined 30 years of experience in the retail pharmacy setting. As an owner of two independent pharmacies in New Brunswick, Greg was tired of the inability to effectively reach out from his store and communicate with his customers.
The problem that faces retail pharmacies is limited tools, resources and time to engage with their customers. Used in conjunction with legacy pharmacy software systems, Liv9 Digital Health enables pharmacies to engage with their customers through a wide range of social channels and provides them with automated marketing tools. This will ultimately ensure improved customer loyalty and business growth for each pharmacy user.
