Moncton Business Can Help You Create A Backyard Oasis
MONCTON – Backyard Supplies Atlantic has opened its doors to the community at 84 Lewisville Road in Moncton. Yolande Landry, co-owner of the business, says that she is excited to help everyone find their backyard needs.
Backyard Supplies Atlantic is a local, family-owned shop which sells a variety of outdoor furniture and barbeques. With this being their second business, Landry says that there is nothing quite like it anywhere in the area.
“Our first business was an outdoor store also, so it just made sense to us that it be a continuation of what we had before,” Landry tells Huddle.
Landry says that people can find a variety of patio sets, outdoor furniture, artificial flowers, and more in their showroom. Being fans of elegance, durability, and more, Backyard Supplies Atlantic only carries products that are of high quality.
Backyard Supplies Atlantic gets their products from Canadian manufacturers and suppliers to support Canadian companies as well as guarantee that their outdoor furniture can sustain Canadian weather.
Along with this, Backyard Supplies Atlantic carries art pieces from local artists to help them reach new communities.
“It’s cool because we have artists that don’t have a place where (they can showcase their art),” says Landry. “We believe that we should support local artists.”
Having opened on May 1st, Landry says that they have already seen a good amount of people, with hopes to meet even more as time goes on.
“We’re here to serve people,” she says. “I had a customer who needed a specific table and had been looking for three or four days and finally found something here.”
Over the next couple weeks, Landry says they are expecting a delivery with a variety of barbeques. These will be put on display in a separate part of their showroom that will be dedicated solely for the outdoor grills.
Landry also says that they are working on launching their official website for people to browse the showroom from the comfort of their own home, with their Facebook page being active already.
“We know that the customers are our best publicity, we’ve done business before and we know that a happy customer sends us ten more,” says Landry.
