NB365: Céline Parent And Sandy Hébert Of Moonshin’hers In Edmundston
This is part of a year-long ‘Love for Local’ series called NB365: portraits of New Brunswick entrepreneurs, businesses and organizations. Huddle is a media partner with Love for Local. Today, we hear from Céline Parent and Sandy Hébert of Moonshin’hers in Edmundston.
In 2018, we saw an opportunity to take over a small coffee shop located in our current space. With the trend of microbreweries, whiskey and great food, it was clear and inevitable that a business model like Moonshin’hers had its place in our area.
Since then, we have been innovating and striving to offer a unique experience to our customers. With a heart for business and community development, we are always coming up with ideas to improve our services and offer more diversity.
The support of our community has been a lifesaver! We have been really encouraged by our community and have remained proactive and ahead of the curve this past year by offering unusual take-out menus during our closed times. Moonshin’hers has become a true success story with the support of the people, our people.
