Organizers of the Love for Local campaign are looking for two New Brunswick superfans who love all things local, travel, and social media.
Earlier this month, Love For Local New Brunswick announced the Electric Summer Social Tour which will see two ambassadors visit all 104 municipalities in the province and share their journey on social media – all while giving shout-outs to local businesses, people, and attractions.
“It’s about meeting and celebrating the people behind our local economy,” says Brad LeBlanc, campaign founder. “The most important aspect of it is that we’re going everywhere. We strongly believe that every corner of New Brunswick boasts local gems and we want everyone to know about it.
“It’s also a way to highlight the existing electric vehicle infrastructure in place around the province while we visit many great NB attractions, and thousands of local businesses along the way.’’
The campaign has an open casting call and it’s easy to apply!
The requirements
- Available all summer
- Passionate about local businesses
- Love New Brunswick
- Bilingual
- Outgoing, positive, energetic
- Social media and technology savvy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communications abilities
- Must be 25 years of age
The perks
- Full time pay for up to five months
- All expenses paid tour across New Brunswick: All meals, accommodations, entry fees, and more.
- Drive a brand Audi E-tron Electric SUV (EV) from Audi Moncton
- All technology provided – laptops, cameras, etc.
- Meet incredible business owners and community leaders all summer long
