50,000 Bottles Of Chicken Bones Liqueur On The Way
If you weren’t able to get your hands on a bottle of Chicken Bones Liqueur last year, you might have better luck this year.
President and CEO of Moonshine Creek Distillery, Jeremiah Clark, says they’re tripling their production to produce 50,000 bottles.
“We had a lot of good feedback after last year’s release and it gave us time to figure out how we could improve it. We couldn’t say no, just because of the overwhelming demand to release the product again,” he says.
They’ll be releasing the new and improved version of the product on November 19.
“It’s going to be available in New Brunswick as well as Nova Scotia, P.E.I. and Newfoundland at the provincial liquor store,” Clark said.

You can also get it at the distillery or purchase through the website if you’re outside of Atlantic Canada.
“We typically wouldn’t do this but right now we see the problem with standing in line outside a liquor store and we might have to look at a kind of pre-sale that would go by mail order,” he says.
This year, the liqueur will be released independently without the partnership of St. Stephen-based candymaker Ganong.
