SeasonedPros Names new President and CEO
HALIFAX – Kevin MacIntyre is the new president and CEO of SeasonedPros.ca.
MacIntyre succeeds Chuck Hartlen at the Halifax-based company. Hartlen will continue to serve as an advisor to the board.
Prior to this role, MacIntyre worked in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors in senior business development, marketing, and government-relation roles.
In 2021, he lead SeasonedPros through a major rebranding from BoomersPlus to SeasonedPros.ca. This transformed the company into an on-demand talent agency that sources experienced business contractors for fractional, interim and part-time roles.
SeasonedPros is now a recruitment agency that specializes in “fractional talent,” with a focus on professionals with 20 or more years of experience.
The company sources talent from a proprietary database containing thousands of business professionals who want to work on a fractional basis.
“The talent shortage is real and with changing demographics, it’s only going to get worse,” MacIntyre said in a news release. “I’m excited about SeasonedPros because we are helping organizations fill talent gaps with experienced business professionals for fractional roles.”
In February, Seasonedpros.ca signed an agreement with the Saint John Region Chamber of Commerce to help its members source fractional talent.
