Moncton Airport Adds New Sun Destinations
MONCTON – Moncton’s airport is adding several sun destinations to its roster of flights.
The Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport announced it is adding direct flights to Orlando, Florida and Varadero, Cuba to its winter schedule.
The airport will offer three weekly, direct flights to the new destinations. They will come from Air Transat fror the Orlando flight and Sunwing or Air Transat for the Cuba flight.
“Our passengers have missed their winter escape to the sun. We are excited to share the news of Air Transat’s addition to the popular Florida destination of Orlando along with an increase in service to a Canadian favorite, Varadero, Cuba,” said airport CEO Courtney Burns.
Information released by the airport authority said the new flights will add to the 11 direct flights to sun destinations already offered by the Roméo LeBlanc International Airport. Those include Montego Bay, Puerto Plata, Cayo Coco, Cancun, and Punta Cana.
