Exposure to various asset classes including Industrial, Office, Retail, Investment.

To learn the ins and outs of prospecting and business development.

To assist local sales representatives and teams with research and marketing activities.

Involvement in projects to learn and understand the local area’s commercial real estate market.

To create marketing and presentation materials, including options packages, specialized reports, property location maps, etc.

To assist with the compilation of market statistics and information for CBRE market reports and publications.

To acquire your real estate license.
You don’t require a real estate license as a Sales Trainee, but you will need it to advance your career beyond Sales Trainee and become a Real Estate Sales Representative/Broker.

Post-secondary education, preferably in Business or Real Estate.
- Prior customer service experience specifically in sales or experience having worked in the real estate industry, preferably.

Bilingualism preferred.
