Halifax IHOP Opening Third Week Of November
HALIFAX — More information is trickling out about the Halifax IHOP’s opening date.
Breakfast lovers in the HRM have been salivating for months at the thought of the 24-hour breakfast chain bringing its famous pancakes to the city.
The company has been teasing its pending opening on social media for months, posting cheeky pictures of pancakes next to well-known Halifax landmarks.
Huddle has learned the popular pancake joint plans to open to the public late next month.

The company is currently hiring for several positions, ranging from hostesses and servers to supervisors and prep cooks.
Right now, managers say they plan to open the restaurant in the third week of November, although renovations are still ongoing at the restaurant’s future home.
The Halifax IHOP will be located in the newly completed commercial plaza near the West Bedford Superstore.
The Halifax IHOP is owned by Corey Craig Group, a Canadian company that owns restaurant and hotel franchises like Tim Hortons and Holiday Inn across the country.
The company opened Atlantic Canada’s first IHop location in Moncton on January 14 of last year. It plans to open several more in Atlantic Canada “over the next few years.”
