I had developed considerable expertise in multiple functions and businesses and felt I wanted to control what activities I would work on and to which clients. I had set up my first business in 1992 and reincorporated it in 1998 into my existing company. I like change and also project-based work.
The economic foundation of the community is the businesses that have facilities and staff within it. A strong and sustainable foundation made of the existing businesses is sustainable and therefore sets the community for growth.
Charlotte County is strategically located for economic growth, it does have some challenges in obtaining dedicated and trainable employees. I want to assist in resolving the challenges, support local businesses and develop strategies to attract quality new businesses to the county.
I have a humanitarian goal and that is being fulfilled as a stakeholder and corporate governance of an Agriculture Farming, Processing and Marketing Organization employing cooperative methods to assist impoverished rural landowners in Eastern India by establishing farming to obtain income.
