Marshall Canada Hires Operations Manager for New Brunswick Location
FREDERICTON— Marshall Canada, an aerospace and defence company with locations in Ottawa and Abbotsford, is gearing up for the opening of its New Brunswick facility and has announced the appointment of Chris Driscoll as operations manager.
This is the latest step in the company’s plans to double their current employment of 75 with their newest land manufacturing facility. Driscoll joins Marshall Canada with previous experience in the world of defence manufacturing.

“I am really excited to be joining Marshall Canada at such an important stage of its development and look forward to working the team to establish a world-class Land production facility that will make us a credible partner on forthcoming Canadian and overseas Armed Forces programs,” said Driscoll in a press release earlier this week.
Sam Michaud, managing director of Marshall Canada, said that Driscoll’s appointment is an important part of establishing the new facility. Hiring him at the beginning of the process will allow him to be a part of formative decisions in the company like site down selection, infrastructure planning, and partnerships with the local supply chain.
“Chris’ vast experience in manufacturing, and training as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in particular, will help ensure that we create a world-class, low-cost manufacturing facility that provides us with a platform for accelerated growth in Canada, creating much needed skilled jobs in the province,” said Michaud.
They plan to choose a location for the facility before the end of 2021.
