Pet Store Bone & Biscuit Is Now Open In Moncton
MONCTON – The Bone & Biscuit Co., a national chain that sells natural foods, supplies and accessories for pets, has opened its store at Granite Centre on June 15, after a delay due to Covid-19.
The store was initially supposed to open in March.
“We are very happy to see the Bone & Biscuit Co. officially open their doors. Seeing as this is their first New Brunswick location, we are elated that they chose to make Granite Centre their home. The fact that they’re a Canadian-grown brand just makes it much more special,” said Heidi Daigle of Colliers International New Brunswick, the leasing representative for Granite Centre, in a release.
“Our team has been working in parallel with the development team to bring more quality brands and new-to-the-Moncton-market retailers to Granite.”
The Bone & Biscuit Co. is known for its vast selection of raw and dry foods, high-quality supplements, gourmet treats and cakes, and quality selection of toys and accessories. The Moncton location’s owner, Laura Snowdon, said the shop will also focus on educating customers and providing friendly, personalized service, including menu planning and budget tools.
“I understand, and truly appreciate, how natural, high-quality products can make a difference in our beloved pets’ lives. It is my goal to do everything I can to provide pet parents with the education and knowledge to make informed decisions about the pet product s they choose for their beloved companions,” she said in the release.
The pet store, which has 47 other locations across Canada, will be located at 102-21 Granite Dr., next to a 2,000-square-foot Starbucks.
The Granite Centre, which is located close to Costco, will also be home to the Elmwood Group’s first-ever Design Centre. The group had planned to open the 4,500-square-foot design hub this month, but is now on track to open in the fall instead, the group confirmed.
