Fredericton Credit Union Wants to Create a ‘Welcoming Vibe’ in its New Location
FREDERICTON – OMISTA Credit Union has opened a new location in Fredericton it believes will provide a better banking experience to customers.
The new office in the York-Aberdeen Centre will have a more welcoming feel that’s not institutional in look and atmosphere. To take the “welcoming vibe” a step further, all employees will complete hospitality training to echo the “feel-at-home” tailored service of a boutique hotel.
OMISTA chose the York-Aberdeen Centre as their new home because they wanted the opportunity to serve more people and to feel part of a neighbourhood with a real sense of community.
“We are thrilled to be in this neighbourhood and excited at the prospect of growing with this community,” said branch manager Jackie Jardine, in a release. “Being a part of the expanded downtown core, in a space that clearly reflects our values, is a perfect fit. Honesty, openness, and trust is how we do business – it’s how we know what’s right and what’s in the best interest of our members and the collective community.”
