Listen: Boiling Point Chats with Corey Richardson, the Man Behind Hanging Hugs
Corey Richardson is all about spreading love and community.
Whether he is giving kids around the world hula hooping lessons or helping communities in Uganda, teaching and helping people is what he does. His philosophy of spreading love and community also translates to his business, Hanging Hugs, which sells handmade luxury hammocks that indeed feel like you’ve just received a giant hug.
With his latest community building project, Richardson is hoping that Hanging Hugs will help him develop a farm cooperative and hostel where people could come to feel in touch with nature and themselves. Those who purchase a Hanging Hug will be provided with a voucher for a stay at the farm so that, “your vacation is in the bag.”
In this episode of Boiling Point, hosts Greg Hemmings and Dave Veale chat with Richardson about his new project, and how a product can create a feeling and a community
