Two New Brunswick Businesses Honoured By Microsoft
SAINT JOHN– Two New Brunswick businesses were recognized this week at Microsoft Canada’s 2018 Impact Awards in Las Vegas.
Fredericton-based augmented reality company Kognitiv Spark and T4G, a Toronto-based software company with offices in Saint John and Moncton, both received awards. The annual awards recognize Microsoft partners who demonstrate excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
Kognitive Spark took home the award for the Innovation with Hardware category, while T4G won both the Data and AI Innovation category, and the Industry Innovation for Manufacturing, Retail, or Financial Services category.
“We are thrilled to be recognized as among the best in the Microsoft partner community,” said Geoff Flood, president of T4G Limited, in a release. “Our relationship with Microsoft goes back two decades, and the excellence that our people bring to our customers by using Microsoft technology has always been something that brought us immense pride. Having this validated by Microsoft themselves is quite the honour.”
Microsoft Canada presented awards in 16 categories on Monday night at the Microsoft Inspire conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Winners were selected based on the outstanding work their companies provided to their customers and communities.
