The change comes as provincial health officials announced 13 new cases of Covid-19, bringing the total number of active cases to 37.
The unemployment rate in New Brunswick went up to 10.4 percent as more people were looking for work.
Dr. Jennifer Russell, the province’s chief medical officer of health, said the cases are all linked to an outbreak at a special care home in Moncton.
“I used to spend time reading a lot of cook books. Now I read a lot of ice cream books,” said Jon Morrison, one of Moncton’s top culinary talent who also sells artisanal ice cream through his business Lost and Found.
After having to close for a few months during the pandemic, HS Empire reopened Saturday in Dieppe, offering electronics accessories and repair, as well as clothing, and international food items and giftware.
It was supposed to come into effect on July 1, but in June, municipal councils decided to amend the by-law’s implementation date to October 1, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The services are currently available on the web, while a mobile app format is in development and will be launched in the near future.

Halo will open on 110 St. George St. in Moncton from October to December this year, serving freshly baked donuts and some coffee offerings for pick-up.
