Pür & Simple To Open Fredericton Location In April
FREDERICTON – Breakfast chain Pür & Simple continues its to expansion in Atlantic Canada with the opening of a Fredericton location.
The restaurant has been under construction since last week and aims to open in early April. It will be located on the corner of Hanwell Road and Bishop Drive.
Fredericton’s Pür & Simple is looking to hire “a mix of part-time and full-time, we’ll be looking at roughly 25 employees,” said Christian Martin, the chain’s developer for Atlantic Canada.
Pür & Simple serves a wide range of breakfast, brunch and lunch food, from French toast, omelets and waffles to entrees such as burgers and fish and chips, with the menu changing every six months.
After the success of including alcoholic beverage options, like mimosas, Bailey’s in coffee and wine and beers, at their Moncton location, they were included in the other locations as well.
The chain opened its first Atlantic Canadian restaurant in Moncton in March 2018, with locations in Dieppe, Saint John, Edmundston and Bathurst quickly following in New Brunswick. Plans are being made for a franchisee in Miramichi and with further expansion throughout Atlantic and Eastern Canada.
Pür & Simple has been very popular with both customers and franchisees, rapidly expanding in under two years.
“It’s been a total success from the time that we announced we were opening in Moncton, New Brunswick in April 2018.”
Once Fredericton and Miramichi open, Pür & Simple will accomplish its goal for the number of franchisees it plans to open in New Brunswick.
“New Brunswick is the province that we have the most locations, the most principal locations in one province right now.”
