Podcast: Judith Mackin And Robert Moore On Creativity And Entrepreneurship
On this week’s episode of Huddle’s “Home Office” podcast, editor Mark Leger chats with Judith Mackin and Robert Moore.
Mackin is the creative director and owner of Tuck Studio in Saint John. Moore is a university professor, poet and now painter. Mark chatted with the entrepreneurial and creative couple about growing a business and artistic practice even as Covid-19 slows down most people and companies.
Mark spoke with Robert and Judith in their loft in the historic Old Post Office building in uptown Saint John, across the street from Tuck Studio. Mark has known Judith for more than 20 years and they were both co-founders of the weekly newspaper, ‘here’. Mark has long admired Judith’s and Robert’s creative and risk-taking spirits so he wanted to connect them both for a conversation on “Home Office.”
This new Huddle podcast, available on Spotify, Google Play and Apple podcasts, features conversations with New Brunswick and Nova Scotia community leaders and entrepreneurs about the issues and events that accelerate and enrich the growth of the region’s economy and culture.
If you haven’t viewed any of Robert’s artwork before you listen to the show check out some of his thoughtful, provocative, playful, and of course, beautiful pieces in this gallery of work shared on Instagram:
