McInnes Cooper Welcomes Two New Partners
HALIFAX – Litigation lawyer J. Alex Templeton and corporate lawyer David Wallace have been named Partners at McInnes Cooper.
Hugh Wright, CEO and Managing Partner of McInnes Cooper, said the St. John’s-based Templeton and Halifax-based Wallace, have made significant contributions to the firm and their communities.
“Alex and David have been exceptional at exhibiting client value and collaboration in their careers to date,” said Wright, in a release. “We are proud to recognize them both on this significant achievement, as well as their many contributions to the firm, profession and communities they serve. Templeton, who has been with the firm since 2015, has a litigation practice focusing on insurance, regulatory enforcement and contracts, particularly in the areas of energy and natural resources projects.
Wallace practices in the areas of corporate finance and capital markets, with a focus on private and public mergers and acquisitions. He also advises in the areas of information technology, sports, entertainment and privacy.
Templeton and Wallace officially become Partners January 1, 2019.
