Moncton Has The Lowest Office Vacancy Rate In Atlantic Canada
Office vacancy rates have lowered in New Brunswick overall, according to the latest survey numbers released Tuesday by real estate company Turner Drake & Partners. Moncton saw the biggest drop, and now has the lowest vacancy rate in Atlantic Canada, at 7.96 per cent.

The numbers show a drop from $145.6 million worth of permits posted last year. Private sector activity continues to drive development, while government and institutional spending only accounted for 1 per cent of activity in the quarter up to June 30.
