Zone 5 is moving from the more restrictive Orange level of the pandemic recovery plan to the Yellow level at midnight.

Premier Blaine Higgs has accepted recommendation from Public Health that the Moncton region (Zone 1) returns to the Yellow level on October 22, as long as the current trend of low case count continues.
