Moncton’s 3+ Corporation Announces Resignation of CEO Ben Champoux
MONCTON – On Wednesday, Chair of 3+ Corporation Board of Directors Jim Lockyer announced the resignation of CEO Ben Champoux, effective immediately.
During his tenure, Champoux saw the corporation through the transition of Enterprise Greater Moncton to the collaborative 3+ strategic partnership, which incorporates the cities of Moncton and Dieppe and the town of Riverview
In a release, Lockyer explained that the 3+ board of directors thanks Champoux for his contribution to the community and both respects his decision and wishes him well personally and professionally.
“We will shortly appoint an interim CEO to assist in the Corporation’s next exciting evolution,” Lockyer said. “A full recruitment campaign to permanently fill the position will be undertaken immediately.”
Champoux leaves 3+ Corporation in a strong position in regards to their community relations and future development plans. The corporation will continue to focus on growth in the region’s industries and job creation through municipal and provincial collaboration.
