Remsoft Hires New Directors To Strengthen Data And Analytics Services
FREDERICTON – Remsoft is bolstering its data and analytics services to customers with two newly created director roles.
Marie Eve Fillion has been promoted to director of analytics solutions and Mike Hutchinson has been promoted to director of technical sales.
Andrea Feunekes, CEO of Remsoft, says the new roles will position the company for growth in 2020.
“Forest organizations are expanding their use of digital technologies to improve adaptability, execution and competitive advantage,” said Feunekes in a release.
“From smarter planning to more efficient forest operations, we’re strengthening our capabilities to help customers make more effective use of data and analytics for positive impact across their business. In their new positions, Marie and Mike will play a critical role in ensuring we meet rising client needs through our products, services and technical sales engagement.”
Remsoft uses big data to bring business intelligence to managing and optimizing land assets in forestry, utilities and other resource sectors.
Established in 1992, the company now has clients worldwide and works with public agencies, leading products companies, timber investment management organizations and appraisal consulting companies to balance conflicting priorities and goals to more effectively manage risks, costs and decision complexities while creating sustainable value.
A veteran of the New Brunswick technology sector, Feunekes was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by Startup Canada in 2015.
