Prime Office Building in Uptown Saint John Goes to Market
SAINT JOHN–A prime office building went on the market this week in Saint John as Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic put 75 Prince William Street up for sale.
At nearly 35,000 square feet, the building was originally built in 1960 for Bank of Canada and now houses tenants such as Benton Kean, National Public Relations, Avis and Cirrus9.
The property is listed at $3.3 million and has already attracted interest. The four storey building is fully accessible and features a parking structure and basement garage and boasts harbour views on the Water Street side.
“75 Prince William is unique in that it has income in place and has not been converted to residential in whole or in part. It’s a pure office play,” Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic managing director Bill MacAvoy said. “It’s equally attractive to an investor or a tenant who is well capitalized and would like to own.”
