Saint John Tourism Scoops Up Awards
SAINT JOHN — Discover Saint John, the city’s tourism marketing agency, recently picked up two awards for its advertising at the Summit International Awards.
It earned a gold award in the ‘Out of Home Vehicle Graphics’ category and a Bronze in ‘Consumer Digital Campaign’.
Discover Saint John worked with Moncton-based advertising agency Hawk to develop the “Saint Awesome” campaign to spread the word about Saint John’s dining, outdoor, heritage and urban experiences.
“So many people I’ve spoken to in both the business and tourism sectors tell me how much they like the creative in the Saint Awesome campaign. So it was very exciting to see it get recognized internationally by the Summit judges,” said Jillian MacKinnon, Discover Saint John’s Marketing and Communications Director, in a news release.
“Personally, I couldn’t be happier. I think “Saint Awesome” captures so much of what makes Saint John such a special place to visit,”
