Lordon will occupy one of the ground-floor retail spaces in the new apartment building on Canterbury Street.

Developer Percy Wilbur purchased 91 King Street — known to many as “the former Woolworth’s — and the building next to it in December.
Businesses in the area around Regent Street undergoing construction this summer say they are anxious but hopeful customers will continue to frequent the area.
While construction between King Street and Queen Street will take the entire summer, Bruce McCormack hopes the improvements will have a long-term positive impact on businesses in the area.

The new King Street restaurant, located in the space formerly occupied by the popular Urban Deli that closed last December, will serve a blend of Middle Eastern and traditional Canadian cuisine.
FKLE Investments Inc. will be working with their engineers and architects to evaluate various options for the building at 91 King. They also purchased the building at 22 King Street.
