Senior Manager, Corporate Office — Ocean Capital Holdings

Job Description

Ocean Capital Holdings Limited, a privately held company located in Saint John, New Brunswick, has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager- Corporate Office. This position will be a member of and work very closely with the Senior Leaders, Executive, and ownership of Ocean Capital. This position is critical to the infrastructure of the Corporate office and will have the opportunity to develop a unique expertise and career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight for financial and tax reporting for trusts and other legal entities, including personal holding companies, as required.
  • Oversight of philanthropic activities and family Foundation matters.
  • Manage relationship with external resources and advisors.
  • Directing resources for personal income tax filings.
  • Manage Trust administration.
  • Lead execution of Estate meetings.
  • Serve as liaison with internal and external advisors.
  • Oversee Estate planning and insurance.
  • Contributing member of various Senior Leader Committees.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

This is a senior position, with preference for a CPA designation with 15+ years of experience.  Individuals without an accounting designation may also be considered, relevant experience, including direct or indirect, single or multi-family office or related experience.
