Planet Hatch Announces First Group Of Companies For Sales Accelerator Program
FREDERICTON – Fredericton-based startup hub Planet Hatch has announced the first cohort of its recently launched Sales Accelerator Program.
Announced last month, the Sales Accelerator Program provides participants with comprehensive sales training from industry experts, access of up to $25,000 in funding to support market entry and business development activities, and access to a fully funded post-secondary student intern to help throughout the summer.

Participating companies in the 2019 program are:
- A. Parrill & Associates: a women-led professional leadership development corporation, with an organizational mandate of coaching and developing high performing executives and professionals;
- SimpTek: a unique platform that brings together efficiency-focused services, products, and property stakeholders enabling one turnkey platform to leverage data and make buildings as energy efficient as possible;
- HomeWurk: a nationally award-winning Fredericton based startup that is changing student employment by connecting students with various odd-jobs of home and business owners through an online platform;
- Educated Beards: a veteran-owned startup that manufactures and distributes all natural men’s beard grooming products and encourages living a healthy and educated lifestyle.
- E.T. Mechanical: local specialists in residential heating, A/C, plumbing, electrical and other home services.
“We’re very excited about the companies that will participate in our first cohort of the Sales Accelerator Program,” said Adam Peabody, director of Planet Hatch and coordinator of the program, in a release. “The program is designed to help these companies develop a sales playbook and hone their skills for predictable and repeatable revenue growth.”
The program officially started April 23 and run until June 4.
