Introhive, Proposify Named To Deloitte Fast 50
FREDERICTON- A New Brunswick tech startup is being recognized for its growth for the second year in a row in the Deloitte Fast 50 Technology Awards.
Fredericton-based Introhive, which offers a B2B sales intelligence and data quality management solution, came in at number 19 on this year’s list, with 938 percent revenue growth from 2016 to 2019. Last year, the company ranked at number 10.
The program recognizes Canada’s 50 fastest-growing technology companies with the highest revenue-growth percentage over the last four years.
Introhive, Halifax-based Proposify, and Newfoundland-based Kraken were the only companies based in Atlantic Canada to make the list.
Introhive helps businesses better understand and leverage their customer contact data, which helps find new opportunities for revenue growth and reducing the noise within CRM through automation and AI-based solutions.
“Our growth is tied to the hard work and hustle of our team. Something we take a lot of pride in and work to maintain is our “culture of hustle” and it’s evident across the board in the organization, from our marketing team to our sales and partner channels,” said Introhive CEO and co-founder, Jody Glidden, in an email to Huddle.
“What we saw during the Covid-19 pandemic this year was that our customers saw tremendous value in our platform and, in addition to maintaining customers throughout the year, we actually saw many customers increase their investment – either adding additional seats or adding-on other solutions.”

The company counts some of the world’s most recognizable brands as customers, including PwC, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, Rogers Communications, Plante Moran, Colliers International, ManPower Inc., and Hitachi Solutions.
“It’s been a tough year for our teams but the resilience they have shown is humbling and inspiring,” said Glidden. “We’ve actually come out of this better and stronger than we were before. Halifax-based Proposify, which offers online proposal software that helps sales leaders close deals, ranked 45th on the list with a 414 percent revenue growth from 2016 to 2019.
Proposify chief operating officer and co-founder Kevin Springer credits the growth to the company’s team, as well as its product. The company had a strong 2020 despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic by making remote work easier for sales teams, empowering them to win deals from home.
“Proposify solves the issues of inconsistency and unpredictability in the closing process,” said Springer in a release. “From proposals and other sales documents going out with errors and unapproved discounts to deals going dark once the proposal is sent, we remove the black box, providing confidence and consistency so sales teams can dominate their deals.”

To qualify for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ranking, companies must have been in business for at least four years, have revenues of at least $5-million, be headquartered in Canada, own proprietary technology, conduct research and development activities in Canada, and invest a minimum of five percent of gross revenues in R&D.
