Moncton Chamber Announce Nominees for Business Excellence Awards
The Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce unveiled the nominees for its annual Business Excellence Awards on Wednesday.
The list of finalists – chosen by an independent panel of judges, reflect an array of the city’s different businesses. This year’s awards will also feature a new category – Non-Profit Organization of the Year.
“We are overwhelmed by the participation of the Greater Moncton business community in this year’s Business Excellence Awards,” said Chamber CEO Carol O’Reilly, in a release. “We had more than 100 nominations and from that list, close to 60 businesses submitted the nomination package to be considered as a finalist.
“Our independent judging panel had a very difficult job deciding three finalists in each category and I want to thank them for their tremendous work. The quality of nominations this year speaks highly to the overall excellence in our region’s business community.”
The 32nd annual Business Excellence Awards will be held Oct. 25 at the Delta Beauséjour Hotel in Moncton.
