Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic At The Centre of What’s Next
Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic introduces what’s next for the market in New Brunswick with the addition of Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Miki O’Ree, an experienced and skilled professional who has worked with local and multinational clients.
The firm announces the addition of Miki to their roster of advisors in the Atlantic Region. Her arrival has grown the firm to 21 professionals.
The Fredericton market is about to become very dynamic, with the introduction of multiple new office assets in the coming quarters.
Like the other New Brunswick urban centres, positive change is happening in office, industrial, and retail, with new developments under construction and downtown revitalizations.
Fredericton, New Brunswick, native Miki has moved back to her home region to work with a broad range of clients to find creative solutions to meet their commercial real estate needs.
Miki comes to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic from Edmonton, Alberta, where she thrived in investment real estate, utilizing her expertise to facilitate deals for local and multinational clients. Her positive attitude, transparency and delivery approach are the pillars of her practice.
“We are honoured to have Miki O’Ree join our growing team in the Atlantic Region,” said Managing Director Bill MacAvoy. “We are excited when we can supplement our roster with additional talent. Depth of team means better outcomes for our clients, which is what really matters.”
“We love the experience that Miki brings to the marketplace. Her ability to act as a skilled negotiator and trusted advisor is something that will offer value to both investors and occupiers in Fredericton.”
Miki officially joins the firm as Commercial Real Estate Advisor in Fredericton in April.
