As we head into Labour Day weekend, we reflect back on a great event that took place in Saint John on the last holiday weekend.
Earlier this week, the folks at Area 506 released a video montage of their New Brunswick Day weekend festival, set to the music of The Strumbellas, the headline act from the second night of the festival:

The two-day festival on Saint John’s waterfront, which drew nearly 50,000 people this year, will take place again next year, festival chair Ray Gracewood told Huddle last week.
“We’re confident enough in the community reaction to 506 to be able to commit and say we’re going to do the event next year on the New Brunswick Day long weekend,” said Gracewood.
