This summer, the CAP’s new night market will bring vintage and thrifted clothing lovers to the Fredericton Tannery every Thursday evening.
On June 2, the City Market will head outside and extend its hours every Thursday evening for the Night Market.
The market is a partnership between the Town of Riverview and Holy Whale Brewing Co., whose beer garden is located at the deck of the Chocolate River Station.
The Quispamsis baker makes hand-crafted cookies of all shapes and sizes, from Sasquatches to lobsters and unicorns, and sells them at area markets.
17-year-old Videlle Ramsay owns and operates Videlle Bakes, a staple Saint John Night Market vendor that sells a variety of baked goods, like cupcakes, cookies and macarons.
The city’s night market, which has been taking place every Thursday evening since late spring on South Market Street outside the City Market, has grown to include 25-30 food and craft vendors and drawn crowds of 1,500-2000 on most nights.
The Garrison Night Market will take place on Carlton Street starting next June.
