Six Other Things That Are Leaving Halifax For Saint John
The good people of Halifax were alarmed that their own Theodore Tugboat departed their city for the warm and welcoming waters of the Saint John harbour. But that was just the beginning. Here are six other things that are leaving Halifax for Saint John:
Hey, that lovely Halifax Town Clock looks pretty nice perched atop Fort Howe.
Everybody loves the new Halifax library. We think it looks even nicer on King Street.
Pizza corner? Yep, looks pretty good in uptown Saint John. We’ll have a slice and a donair with extra sauce.
The Macdonald Bridge is now connecting Quispamsis and the Kingston Peninsula. No more waiting for the ferry.
Shipbuilding? We had it first anyway.
Fog. While we enjoy our constant sunny days in Saint John, we hear that fog can be pleasant occasionally.
So thanks for being such a good neighbour Halifax. We promise Theodore can go home someday.
You know, if he wants to.
