Saint John Airport Appoints Two New Board Members
SAINT JOHN, NB – Shilo Boucher and Andrew Green have joined the Saint John Airport’s Board of Directors.
Green has 15 years of experience offering professional accounting services at Green Webber & Company, where he became partner in 2013. He has lent his financial expertise, strategic advice, and business acumen to numerous boards for both non-profit and private companies and provided leadership to entrepreneurs. Andrew has also served on the board of the Saint John Human Development Council.
For the past 11 years, Boucher has led and provided strategic direction for the YMCA of Greater Saint John. As a chartered accountant, her skills encompass business development, financial management, human resource management, stakeholder management, strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting and board governance.
Boucher has more than seven years of extensive experience in public practice, and 10 years in the not-for-profit sector. She currently serves as vice-chair for the Credit Counselling of Atlantic Canada in addition to the Saint John Airport Board of Directors.

Members of the Saint John Airport Board of Directors are appointed by federal, provincial and municipal governments, the Saint John District Labour Council, Saint John Board of Trade, Saint John Airport and Enterprises Fundy, Charlotte and Saint John.
