McInnes Cooper Adds Three New Maritime Partners
HALIFAX–McInnes Cooper law announced Wednesday their vote to admit one New Brunswick associate and two Nova Scotia associates to McInnes Cooper partnership.
Mike Melvin of Fredericton, Ben Pryde of Halifax and Julie Robinson of Halifax will take their new positions as partners on Jan. 1, 2017.

Mike Melvin is a corporate lawyer and a registered trade-mark agent with primary practices in franchise law, trade-mark law and technology law. Ben Pryde’s practice is focused on corporate transactions, debt and equity financing and general corporate matters. Julie Robinson acts for companies in relation to private placements and public offerings of securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
