We’re looking for an inbound/outbound sales specialist to generate and qualify incremental revenue opportunities for the company.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The person we are looking to hire for this position will be responsible for:

Expanding the use of our solution to existing clients, while also developing new leads through inbound/outbound sales activities such as prospecting, networking, presentations, sales calls, and cold-calling/email.

Engage with HR administrators, entrepreneurs, technology and executive leaders to identify the appropriate solutions suitable for businesses

Track and report on sales activities and targets

Continuous process improvements, recommendations and the implementation of new initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications Skills:

“Hunter mentality” for closing sales

Driven to succeed and achieve targets

Is a self-starter, has a strong initiative, and is internally motivated

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent presentation and persuasive skills

Must be a team player

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Previous experience working with CRM tools

Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree

Experience: 3+ years in similar role
