Cook Aquaculture – Senior Logistician

The Role:

As a result of our robust growth we are seeking a Senior Logistician to join our team of professionals in Saint John, New Brunswick.  Reporting to the Global Logistics Manager you will arrange for the safe transport of temperature sensitive products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities will include managing the day to day logistics needs of our production facilities, consolidating shipments, procuring equipment capacity as required, setting appointments as well as track/trace of all shipments.  Logisticians will also perform analysis and provide recommendations and feedback to Logistics Management.

To be effective in this role you will bring superior customer relationship skills, effective negotiating skills and have a can do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.  A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5-7 years of logistics operations experience are also required.
