B4C Announces Spring 2017 Cohort
FREDERICTON – B4C Social Venture Accelerator has announced its Spring 2017 cohort consisting of seven New Brunswick companies to participate in the program’s six-week boot camp.
Designed to accelerate high-impact ventures and assist social entrepreneurs, the accelerator aims to provide the right tools and support at the right time. The program, and B4C generally, bring subject matter experts and partner organizations together to deliver entrepreneurial experiences through workshops, training sessions, fireside chats, peer mentors and super mentors.
With three cohorts having gone through the B4C program from all over Atlantic Canada since the relaunch in September 2015, over 85 per cent are still in operation in the Maritimes, B4C announced in a release.
The Spring 2017 cohort boot camp will kick-off tonight as entrepreneurs gather at an overnight retreat and dive deep into the program while meeting other companies.
