Former Premier Frank McKenna was in the province this week for the Public Policy Forum summit on immigration. He was a featured speaker at the event in Fredericton and was on hand for the Atlantic Dinner and 2018 Frank McKenna Awards presentations.

Huddle editor Mark Leger had a wide-ranging chat with McKenna about three issues he’s championed during his 30 years in public life: immigration, contact centres and energy development. In this 11-minute excerpt of their conversation, Leger begins by asking McKenna to reflect on the impact of the contact centre industry he helped establish in the late 1980s while he was premier.
